At CyberBunker, we are committed to protect the personal information that you share with us. This statement sets forth our privacy policy regarding information you provide to us. The information we receive
We do not collect information about clients in any form. We do not store payment information when clients pay us. When hosting of a server has been paid for then we just mark it as 'PAID'.

1. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We do not use cookies nor other technologies to collect non-personally identifiable information. We do not trace IP numbers and we maintain no logs. We do not provide aggregate non-personally identifiable information to third parties.

2. Personally Identifiable Information
Our policy is to guarantee the confidentiality of any personally identifiable information. You can use our services without being required to divulge any personally identifiable information to us. As a client you may decide to provide certain personally identifiable information to us (your name, bank account or email address). However we do not store any personally identifiable information anywhere. CyberBunker will not trade, sell or share such personally identifiable information for use by any third parties. Since no information is stored no information can be shared. In addition we will not disclose personally identifiable information if we are asked to do so by agencies or authorities from any country.

However if we believe that you host child porn or anything related to terrorism then we reserve the right to do everything in our power to get you off line.

How is my payment information used?
Your payment information is used to process your request for products or services and will not be shared with any other parties who are not involved in the transaction. If you pay by bank then your bank account details are not stored at CyberBunker. We use different banks for various clients. Non of these banks are related to CyberBunker. We often use different recipients for various clients who prefer to pay by Western Union. Cash drops can be made anonymously at the gate and bitcoin transactions are anonymous be default.

How do I change my personally identifiable information?
You may receive communications from us in which we notify you that your payment is due. You always have the option of removing or changing your name from our contact list so that you will no longer receive further email communications from us.

What happens to my data when I decide not to host my servers at CyberBunker anymore.
We will simply delete the email address that we may have from you. If you were hosting one or more dedicated servers with us then we will destroy your hard drives by shredding them. In short: there will be no traces remaining which may prove that you were ever a CyberBunker customer.

Links and third parties
Our websites may provide links to resources that we believe may be useful. These links will lead you to websites operated by third parties that operate under different privacy policies. We encourage you to review those privacy policies, as we have no control over information you may submit to those third parties. Our website does not include advertisements or information placed by third parties. No information is collected by third parties.
